Maria Q: San Diego, California, United States; I am starting a new journey after what might has been one of the hardest years of my life. I am 41 and a Kindergarten teacher - I have decided to return to school and learn all I can about nutrition and wellness. I hope to help me and my family and others who like me are having a hard time on the day to day tasks. Depression can do terrible things to people and I am not allowing it to take over - I am looking for all of the hope and happiness I can.
